Follow these steps
- Confirm that the business has enabled the desired promotion/courtesy policy.
- Select the relevant products in the POS cart.
- Apply an authorised discount or configure the eligible BOGO calculation.
- For owner's courtesy, specify the units given at zero charge.
- Review separated paid and courtesy quantities and their final totals.
- Complete the sale with any required manager approval.
Important
Courtesy and BOGO cannot be applied to the same sale line; discounts may trigger an approval threshold.
