Business permissions, enabled modules, internet access, compatible hardware and installed mobile app versions determine actual availability. Older store builds may not show the newest verification, invitation, return-credit or notification/update flows.
Common device questions
Can I use Boosted+ POS on my MacBook?
Yes. Use the responsive website through a supported Mac browser. There is no separate macOS application in the current product reference.
Can I use an iPad or Android tablet as a cashier station?
Yes, on compatible devices using the native app or browser. Verify printer and scanner compatibility for your chosen counter setup.
Will work on my phone appear on the computer?
Yes. Authorised online operations use the same business/branch records. Prepared offline cash sales appear on the server once synchronised successfully.
Does every feature work offline?
No. Offline access is limited to pre-authorised cash sales with an eligible open till, PIN and current snapshot; general editing, credit and provider collections require connection.
