Boosted+ POS is intended for legitimate business operations. Users and businesses must use the service lawfully and must not use it in ways that harm customers, staff, third parties, infrastructure or payment networks.
You must not use Boosted+ POS to:
- sell, facilitate or conceal goods or services that are illegal in the place where the transaction occurs;
- commit fraud, launder money, impersonate another person or business, fabricate transactions or misrepresent payment status;
- obtain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, networks or information;
- upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with availability, bypass security controls or conduct abusive automated activity;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against or unlawfully monitor another person;
- store or process personal data without an appropriate lawful or business basis;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, confidentiality or other rights;
- manipulate staff-liability, credit, payment or accounting records to facilitate unlawful deductions, theft or deception;
- use payment links or settlement tools for prohibited, deceptive or unauthorised financial activity;
- misrepresent Boosted Technologies, Boosted+ POS or a third-party provider as guaranteeing a payment, refund, regulatory approval or financial outcome.
Platform protection
We may apply reasonable transaction limits, verification requirements, throttling, payout holds, account restrictions or suspension when activity presents fraud, security, legal, operational or network risk. We may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with lawful investigations.
Reporting abuse
Suspected misuse can be reported through Support. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment PINs or other secrets when reporting a problem.
